The Heroyk Token
The solution to all 5 of the crisis areas is funded from one fund that has been allocated over the decades to helping the bottom 50% of K-12 kids, but hasn’t generated a single piece of positive data for the 2 decades its been in effect – the Title 1 funds which amount to over $18B/yr for 20 million Title 1 K-12 students (see Appendix F for more info).
As a Title 1 student is enrolled, we will also enroll their parents and grandparents and work to get them involved and learning, as well as 10 of that child’s peers in other countries. So, for each student that is registered, there will be an additional 12-14 other kids and adults registered and impacted by the platform.
We can take 54% of the $18.6 billion title 1 funds and show better results with many more kids and adults, with the 54% than what we’ve seen in a couple of decades with 100% of the funding, the only data the states have is they’ve delivered about 20 million Title 1 kids who are 25-30 pts behind everyone else – that’s their only data.

So, for $500/year per student (and the additional kids and adults) we fix the 5 critical areas the US needs to remake. For 20 million Title 1 kids, we can impact 40-80 million adults in the US and about 200 million other kids in other countries (plus the 400-800 million adults connected to them). This kind of reach and impact changes everything.
Over time, as the students and families accumulate Heroyk tokens, we anticipate that about 50% of the revenue generated from the Title 1 funds will go directly back into the pockets of the “bottom 50%” of the population through their Heroyk tokens, to spend as they wish.
This is just one of the benefits of ownership, financial inclusion and participation in capital appreciation.
